How Does Delivery Work ?

We charge a flat rate of £3.99 nationwide.

Once out for delivery you will receive an email from the courier.

All dished are delivered on Tuesdays with an order cut off of at 12pm every Saturday.

(Minimum of 5 meals per delivery)

Are Your Meals Halal ?

All of our meals are halal.

How Long Do Meals Stay Fresh ?

Meals will stay fresh for up to 3/4 days, or, longer if you freeze. Dates for both are provided on labels.

How Do I Heat My Meals ?

remove any sauce pots before heating.

remove sleeve and lid, place lid loosely on carton.

heat in microwave on full power for 2 1/2 to 3 mins or until piping hot throughout.

leave to stand for 1 min.

alternatively decant into an oven proof dish or sauce pan and heat until piping hot throughout.

leave to stand for 1 min before eating.

dishes are fresh for 3/4 days after delivery when refrigerated.

dishes are suitable for freezing, consume within one month of freezing.

Do You Accept Refunds And/Or Returns

We hope you enjoy prep products but sometimes refunds are needed. please read the information below for prep your souls returns policies:

If there is a fault or issue with any of our products please contact us at info@prepyoursoul.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you’ve changed your mind:
our products are perishable and we are therefore unable to allow take returns of orders opened or unopened. If you require further assistance please contact us at info@prepyoursoul.co.uk.

If you don’t like the product:
We sincerely hope you like our products but if they’re not to your taste please contact us at info@prepyoursoul.co.uk and we’ll try to help you make them work for you. Please note, opened products are not returnable and should safely be disposed of and packaging recycled where possible.

Refunds:
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made by prep your soul.
